Work with me

When a guide isn’t enough, I work directly with independent restaurant owners on openings, operations and problem-solving.

How I approach this

I’m not here to tell you there’s only one way.

I don’t believe there is one right way to build or run a restaurant.

There are too many variables, too many personalities, too many neighbourhoods, and too many different definitions of success.

What I can offer is a way.

A way I’ve taken myself, tested, refined, changed my mind about, made mistakes through, and kept improving over the years.

Some of it may fit you perfectly. Some of it may not. That’s okay.

My goal is not to turn your restaurant into mine. It’s to help you think more clearly, avoid mistakes where possible, and get closer to the restaurant — and the life — you’re trying to build.

Why I’m doing this

Be useful. Be fair. Help where I can.

I’m an independent restaurant owner and operator. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot through experience — including plenty of things I wish someone had explained to me earlier.

I genuinely like helping people figure things out.

Some of what I share here will always be free. Some tools take real time to build, and consulting takes time away from my own businesses, so there will be things I charge for too.

But the intention is simple: if something I’ve learned makes your path a little easier, then this place is doing what I hoped it would do.
